Parent and Me

Parent and Me classes are a 45-minute introduction to dance or tumbling for ages 2-4 years old and their parent/caregiver. These classes are designed to cultivate a love of movement and dancing, and to have fun! Parent participation is encouraged but not required.

This unique class dances safely in a nurturing environment for your child as you participate fully alongside them. Classes incorporate age-appropriate techniques and experiences that promote whole-body development, such as encouraging spatial awareness and coordination. This happens as tall and small dancers explore with props like ribbon sticks, magnifying glasses, books, dots to jump over, things to hide behind, stories to tell with your bodies, and songs to sing. This happens while making new friends, creating relationships, and of course, dancing.
