Parent & Me Dance Classes in Bluffdale

Encore Academy’s Parent and Me dance classes in Bluffdale introduce children ages 2–4 to dance or tumbling. Each class is 45 minutes, and a parent or caregiver is encouraged to participate but is not required to join in.

What happens in Parent and Me?

Children explore movement through music, stories and play. Activities may use props such as ribbon sticks, books and things to jump over or hide behind. Ask the studio whether the class you’re considering focuses on dance or tumbling.

A flexible role for caregivers

A familiar adult can join the movement, but participation is optional. If you’re wondering how your child might settle into a group or what your role would look like, tell us about your child and ask what to expect for that class.
